Hello there, I am looking for some guidance if anyone is willing. I have refunded from clothes stores many times however never with jewellery. I am curious as to whether it is possible to at least do a partial refund on an order containing a watch. If it means anything the watch being at around 275$ or £200. On first thought, because watches are usually classified as jewellery it might lead to any hard investigation but I am really unsure on the matter. If anyone can help then it would be much appreciated and also the store I am hoping to try this on is Next.
