I have cash that I would like to put into my PayPal balance to refund more items but I can't seem to find a way to do so. There is already a system in PayPal where you can add cash to your balance but it requires a SSN and I have paypal account with fake details. If there is anyway to put cash to paypal balance please let me know, I have no bank account.
