I understand this is some kind of a RMT to In-game Purchase of Currency/Item transaction? @Carmine1982ita's concern is their account got banned after he used your service @hamy . You guys should understand that in any games, purchasing of in-game currency/item using outside source/3rd party could potentially ban your account. The only legit way to do so is to purchase it thru the game's in-game shop. Both of you should already be aware of this, and thus makes you responsible for whatever outcome your actions may bring. Now @Carmine1982ita is blaming PlayerUp, supposedly for allowing people to do such thing in their site. If you don't know yet, PlayerUp is a free Blackmarket Platform for Games, specifically for game accounts and anything related to it. Tho some verified users might get involved in such crime either offsite or thru the use of their Middleman Service, PlayerUp cannot 100% determine what's inside their minds. You wonder how did they got verified? its because they either completed a transaction using their Middleman Service or purchased it thru their Shop, they're verified because they did their part on the transaction and completed it but that doesn't mean PlayerUp's vouching for them to do the same outside their middleman service or site. PlayerUp's only involvement here is the platform where you saw @hamy's service. Nothing else. However, they still went out of their way to assist you here despite not having any direct involvement. Tho, they can't help you about your account as its the game developers decision to make if they will unban your account. You chose to do your transaction without using their Middleman Service, now you both lost your money and potentially your account. Had you used their Middleman Service then rest assured your money will return to you and if the accused is found guilty PlayerUp could release their personal information (for verified user) out for public to see. In conclusion, i think @hamy should be penalized and/or have her refund @Carmine1982ita's payment. As for the account, @Carmine1982ita it was you who decided to use such a risky service to purchase an item/currency for a much cheaper price, no one else is to blame here but you to what happened to your account. You should live with the consequence of your actions.

The bad thing about the this compared to selling/buying an account is that developers won't get any profit out of it 'coz the payment was sent thru outside source, basically stealing their profit that they could earn from their in-game shop. While selling/buying the account is just being passed on to different user, developers could still earn if they purchased any item in the in-game shop thru the legit method.

Its a free platform, anyone could sell anything as long as its related to what the platform is offering their service for. Its everywhere in the world. Just like when you first thought if you could purchase an in-game item/currency much cheaper via outside source why do it the legit method and pay much higher price?
