If you use PlayerUp Middleman Services, you won't get scammed. If you decide to venture off and deal with someone on telegram directly then you run your own risk. Based on what I am seeing in this ticket, we have nothing to do with what you did. It's your own actions and decision to deal directly with @hamy that caused this and now you're trying to blame us. @hamy sells on multiple websites. Is it their fault as well?

No right? They why you think it's playerup fault? For ex if i message a seller and buy his item outside for x amount how playerup is involved in it? You saw him on playerup and trusted him but did the money went through playerup?when you buy something from A.m.a.z.o.n you pay the money to them,then they inform seller to ship the item but in this case you sent the money to hamy directly and not via playerup.
You never dealt with us in the 1st place. You dealt with hamy direct offsite. Basically anybody you deal with offsite is your own responsibility.
The only thing I can offer you is a replacement account for what @hamy did to you. That's the best offer I can make just so you leave us alone and stop harassing/bullying us. Even though we have nothing to do with this, 0, that's the best we'll be willing to do paying out of our pocket to give you a free account just to end this and be done with it. As for @hamy we will remove her from PlayerUp once this is over with for failing to resolve your dispute. I prefer to go this route rather than have to file a restraining order and injunction against you in Italy which would cost us money and time.
Every gaming buy/sell site has scammers and legit seller's if you do deal directly with seller it's your responsibility but when you buy via that site then the site will refund you incase of recover and ban. You claimed you found him on playerup so why didn't you deal via playerup then? Why you choose to contact the seller directly and do the deal directly with seller instead of uaing playerup?

@hamy we have been trying to message you for a few days here. Thank you for finally responding but your account is marked high risk because of this dispute and you weren't replying. Please resolve this issue with your buyer. PlayerUp wasn't involved in this in anyway and now this guy is blaming and attacking us as if it's our fault for what you did.

@Middleman can you check about all my transactions about add units, and orders get banned or they still can playing normally. I use same step , how just only this guy banned
