Basically we need to know what @hamy did specifically to get your account banned. I don't want to make any extreme actions causing further complications until we group together and figure out a solution to fix this for you. @hamy please respond.
Okay so let me update the entire situation here: 1. This is a non middleman transaction. @Carmine1982ita didn't actually transact through PlayerUp Middleman Services. He never used our services. 2. What happened was @Carmine1982ita saw @hamy selling an item offsite so what he did was he contacted @hamy on facebook. or Telegram sometime during the month of February 2018 here. Hamy email is [email protected] 3. @Carmine1982ita has reached out to us and asked us to help him bring justice to his situation. So we have voluntarily at no cost to him tried to guide and help him get this resolved even though we weren't involved in anyway shape or form with his transaction with @hamy offsite. 4. @Carmine1982ita has provided us screenshots of the transaction between him and @hamy
5. @Carmine1982ita then as you can see above purchased directly from @hamy through PayPal [email protected]. @Carmine1982ita just updated us just now saying it was telegram and @hamy number is +84972938807. @hamy reportedly provided @Carmine1982ita the service ensuring @Carmine1982ita his account would be safe and secure as you can see from the screenshot above @hamy say "No ban bro. It's safe bro." 6. Roughly a week goes by after @hamy completed the transaction and @Carmine1982ita received notice on Thursday his account has been banned despite @hamy saying the transaction was secure. 7. @Carmine1982ita reached out to Kabam to try to get this issue resolved and apparently Kabam has said the ban on his account is a final decision and won't be overturned.
8. @Carmine1982ita has now reached out to us, PlayerUp Middleman Services asking for help anyway we can. We felt bad for @Carmine1982ita situation so at no cost even though he never used our services for this transaction we tried to help him here. 9. A dispute was opened here against @hamy and @hamy was notified. @hamy however hasn't responded back. 10. We have emailed @hamy directly and they haven't responded back 11. @Carmine1982ita has attempted to reach out to @hamy and she is ignoring him (please confirm this is correct @Carmine1982ita). 12. We have advised @Carmine1982ita to dispute the payment sent to @hamy in paypal and @Carmine1982ita says he has spoken to PayPal and they told him to wait they'll reach out to @hamy as well and try to get this resolved for him. So both us and PayPal have reached out to @hamy despite not being involved here. 13. We are coming up with a plan to have @Carmine1982ita try to contact Kabam again and sometime this week once I hear back from the other mods plan is to try to get @Carmine1982ita to appeal the decision by Kabam. This is the current situation.
In addition to hamy, I also had problems with another user sock for the same thing, the transaction had started on playerup I had problems with him and after 15 days I received my money back, always problems with you.
@Rolan @Hulk @Avatar PR @samsaha86 we need your assistance here on what else we should do here. How else we can help @Carmine1982ita besides trying to appeal this case. As of now middleman support has sent over 50+ replies to @Carmine1982ita helping him even though we have nothing to do with this transaction. @Carmine1982ita just said recently: @Carmine1982ita wants us to take action against @hamy and be responsible for her actions even though we have no involvement in her transaction. What are your thoughts moderators? He is blaming us for @hamy transaction as you can see. He is obviously upset what @hamy did to him as you can see him.
We also helped you resolve this. Your @s0ck transaction you were never billed so nothing was ever charged to you and the transaction essentially never took place.
