He's done on PlayerUp. There is nothing else we can do here. You didn't go through PlayerUp Middleman Services so we can't protect you, you went through him directly. At this point, your only option is to contact Amazon, inform them your card you tried using it and it didn't work, don't say anymore than that and try to get them to report it stolen retracting it from the users account. If you have the persons name and address we can also use the combat fraud service, a free option for users to go after him but beyond that I'm not sure what else you want us to do?
The hell.. banning him isn't enough though. He can make another account and try to scam other players.
He's blacklisted so if he tries to do that his account will be locked down again. Can't just change IPs to get around our systems either we have a several factor detection system.
