So basically i bought an account for Escape from tarkov (EFT) EOD edition. After receiving the promo-code i went to activate the account. Then the developers from EFT contacted me and informed me i quote "This purchase was canceled by the bank, so you do not have a pre-order." Which means i bought a promo-code from a guy that canceled his transaction after me activating the code on my account, the promo-code he sold me was never paid for.
I have snent a dispute to paypal, since i dont belive this will be solve on this website. They have contacted you.
