Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below So the account was taken back a couple weeks ago, I reached out to him to see if he could recover as he's the only one who can, with IP ecedra, he didnt respond and when he finally did he acknowledged which account it was. After a day or so I tried to recover, as when I go to recover it , it shows the email which is listed as the recovery email, his was listed. So I reached out to him and he said he recovered it. Since then he's tried to update my recovery email on the account for almost 1.5 weeks. He's changed the recovery email so it will appear as , b*********@protonmail.com which looks like mine, i told him he must have made a spelling error as I'm still not able to get an email from jagex. He changed it again to a new email which looks like mine, O*******@gmail.com all the exact same letters but I've failed to receive any emails while he's had controle of the account. I believe he's trying to hold on to the account and is putting in fake emails that are close to mine so it appears like he is. I finally asked him for the password again for which he's failed to give me and he hasnt responded even tho he's been online. He's failed over and over to give me access to the account after proving in written message that he's recovered it, which he's already received payment for.
@Petr Kubesa Since you opened a public dispute ticket here I'll try to assist you with this before @Middleman gets involved. The seller has been notified and he received an email notification as well so he should respond.
He hasn't been on since Wednesday. Which he didnt reply to my messages for the few days prior. Most likely will not be returning.
He has no choice he has a payment pending which is now on hold until he addresses this as I was able to get help from middleman on this for you.

Not trying to over post here, Seller has been active since my initial tagging when thread was made. And since the two times Hulk has tagged him. And were not getting a response. After I reached out to him saying that the account was taken back, he confirmed which account it was with me and then wrote this saying that he recovered it all of a sudden. I followed up with him for a few days with no response. He finally asked for my email, instead of just giving me the password so I could login and do it myself. He changed the email recovery twice to two different emails I have, at first I thought he spelled something wrong because I wasnt receiving the email for recovery. But after two different emails, I realized he was most likely putting in fake emails that looked like mine. I asked for the password repeatedly for a week and he stopped responding at that point. I also asked for him to take a picture of the recovery email jagex sent him that shows what the new email address is your changing to. He will have it in is erzika1488 or whatever gmail. It will be an email from jagex saying your about to change your email to this email but he wouldnt obviously.... I would prefer to have the account. But now that he's stated he's able to recover it, im not sure if the account can be made secure. I would prefer to have it back, but im not sure what kind of assurance I can have he wont recover it again in the future.
Well lets 1st try to get the account recovered and then we'll explore what to do next. Let us know if there have been any further updates.
Yeah I've tried multiple times. The emails he's putting in arnt mine they just look like it. If it was the wrong spelling or something he would be upfront and just change it. He's the only one who can recover the account, He has the details like where the account was made, when it was made, what ISP provider was it created on as well as all the IP addresses. His exact words were " They checked my ip records and gave me the account". No chance I can recover it. update: over 2 weeks since contact with seller. ignored all my messages one week since dispute has been opened seller hasnt responded to game mod or me.
This guys logging in but not replying to me. He's obviously taken the account and has no intention of giving it back. Can we get a resolution here?

@Petr Kubesa if no action is taken on your part here we may have to find an alternative way to resolve this. Going to give you a final 48 hour notice to respond here and then we'll give up and resolve it another way. Plenty of time for you to respond back but you haven't which is upsetting not only to your buyer but also a reputable seller like yourself.
He's logged in every day since a week before I opened the dispute. Im thinking the value of the account is more then what he has in middleman transactions so he's not worried about coming clean. I've yet to receive a message from him and his 48 hours is now up. I would have preferred to get the account back. But he should definitely be banned in case he's scamming other people, tho I've yet to see any disputes besides my own.

@Petr Kubesa I see you have a middleman balance. I assume it's okay we reimburse @Ripple using those funds since you aren't responding. If you reject this offer, please let us know within 48 hours.
