There is a scammer on the internet help please!

    Guys there is a guy who scammed me he scammed me out of $30 and my nearly maxed th8 so if you could be so helpful to give me a good base so i dont have to start over i hate scammers! i was going to trade him with a max th8 going to th9 the reason he said the reason he wanted my base was i had better troops! So please pretty please help me!!!!!!
