    Thank you for confirming and providing supporting screenshots here. If you still have not received the item you purchased and you decide to cancel the order, you can do so in 3 Way Conversation Ticket of this Middleman transaction.

    You're welcome. You would easily find the Cancel option in your 3 Way Ticket. No worry.

    Nvm i think i got it, i went into the prefixes and clicked on "Buyer - Cancel Order" is that correct or am i doing it wrong?

    But the thing is that I know the seller wont respond to the request for cancelling the order, because he is already trying to avoid selling me the account so what do i do?

    If the seller doesnt respond, how long will it take for the order to be refunded?

    Whether the seller communicates with you or not, it does not matter. If the buyer cancels, Middleman still protects the buyer.

    I don't personally handle cancellations. Another middleman agent will update it soon here. Multiple agents work from this @Middleman account.
