    Go to your 3 way ticket, click the CANCEL option. Middleman will open the ticket shortly and that will start an investigation on this.

    In the meantime, we will try to assist you since you opened a dispute thread here.

    For someone who was applying to become a VIP member here and based on the logs of trying to be a moderator as well, this isn't a good way to handle communications/business here. So now is your chance to redeem yourself and prove not only here but to all the moderators that you are someone responsible enough to be a future mod/vip member here and resolve this issue professionally with your customer.

    If your older brother was involved then you will certainly be able to easily fix this issue so please do so by the end of this week.

    If you can't resolve this by the end of this week then without a doubt it will show you are clearly trying to scam here and if that ends up being the case @Middleman will have to take action against you which will of course include suspending your account but also have legal measures in place to get those funds back/collection agencies/posting your identification/info on this board. All in all, you end up losing far more than you think you can gain trying to scam through middleman services so it's strongly advised you try to reach a resolution with the buyer rather than making things far worse for yourself.

    Just got done speaking to Sony and it seems that the account has been around and changed multiple times so it means that he has done this before I will upload transcript

    So basically the situation I got here is the guy is lying the entire time, he recalled it and tried to make up a story. The fact that he said you'll just have to suspend me just shows you he was guilty and had no intentions to resolve this. Unfortunately for him, we aren't a typical company who just suspends a seller and that's it. If you want to scam, do it someplace else. Here we will fight back so at this time there is nothing more we can do to assist you as game mods but I'll let the actual middleman/disputes team take over from here as they are the ones who now need to resolve this.

    Make sure your 3 way ticket has been marked buyer cancelled and middleman will help you out. Good news is you bought through middleman so even after the sale you've protection even though you may not have insurance (though it makes it easier) they'll still help.
