When somebody opens up a thread for refunding a store and charges like 10% (lets just call this store XXX). So pretend someone buys an item from XXX worth like 500$ and comes to the person for the refund. So that someone would give the information to the refunder to get the item refunded. So a few days later the item gets refunded but the refunder tells the customer that they have to close their credit card/return the item back with an empty box. Is this allowed? Or should the refunder openly state what the customer has to do before even attempting the refund. Because some customers can't cancel credit cards/send back an empty box. And if they can't then they will be billed / they have to ship back the item and it will cost them money. In the end both the refunder and the customer loses time and money.:rambo:
