Sold Bought platinum from here last year, account banned/locked?

After contacting support for some while, i was told this:

You are being given another opportunity to play, however, you will find that the stolen Platinum has been removed from your account and returned to its rightful owners. Because you did not have enough Platinum to cover the full amount that was removed, your Platinum balance is now -1369. In order to access your account again, you will need to purchase enough Platinum (from a legitimate source) to bring your balance out of the negatives.

So am I love you or what? what do i do now? do i actually have to buy 1369 plat or is there some way around this?
