Hi all: Did chat successfully (or not) today. Was very nice and I thought I was convincing. Said mouse (g900) wasn't powering on at all, plugged or unplugged. Got to replacement, but he insisted I had to send defective one back first even after I asked for an exception. So now I have to box, and I'm too nervous about it. The g900 weighs 107g, but I don't know how much with packaging. It's tough to say and I'm scared it'll trigger something. And I don't know what I could use that weighs that much.
