I'm attempting to SE this item. Since it's kind of high cost item, do they always ask for video? Moreover, is it possible to pull it off only with serial alone? Do they ask for M/N and P/N too? Do they check the nationality of the serial number? (I'm in Europe, do they check if the serial number is somehow from Asia or US?) Thank you.
