Hello people. I was forced to chargeback from Kinguin because they refused to refund a gift card, if I could not prove when it was redeemed. PayPal sided with me, but now Kinguin is threatening me. Normally I'd ignore it, but I might as well ask you guys what your experience is. Quote: Dear Customer, We are contacting you in regard to the PayPal transaction no. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX associated with an order made at our store. The payment has been reversed despite the items being delivered. Please contact Paypal as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Otherwise we will be forced to treat this as a subreption, in which case this matter will be transferred to our legal department and additional fees may apply. Please note that the data stored on your account, including but not limited to, your full name, billing information, e-mail addresses and IP login history may be forwarded to the payment service provider, credit card issuer and authorities, should you ignore this notification. Please contact us within 48 hours, otherwise we will have to take further measures to acquire the amount due for the order(s) in question. We are looking forward to your response.
