1. Download the tile app on your phone and make an account 2. Contact tile live support and provide them with the email you signed up with the tile up for 3. say you ordered one of the tile products and it wasn't pairing with your phone 4. They will ask if it makes a tune when you press the button, say no and pretend to do the troubleshooting 5. After this you are literally done, they will ask for your name and addess.
