Hey everyone, I created a new account on the forbidden website to refund a device. I thought I did write down the e-mail adress I registred with but I didn't, just the password. So I can't login anymore into that account. My package arrived some days ago, I contacted their support via e-mail and several phone calls but they always said the same that they can't do anything without the e-mail adress. I provided like every information, billing adress, product, tracking number, order day, email adress format, CC information.. Nothing helped, I don't have an order number or an invoice number. Just slightly remembering the first and last name. They know the e-mail adress because they are saying that they are forwarding all sensitive information to the email account in every email they write.. The accounting information on the CC also doesn't provide any numbers. Is there anyway I can return that item and get them to tell me the e-mail adress? I'd actually just look forward and sell the device I got but I did a trial on prime and they would probably bill me once the trial is over^^ I truly love you up and hope that someone can help me^^ P.S. Forgot to mention that the e-mail adress was created right before the account on the forbidden website and did the whole process in incognito mode
