Here are my 2 ways of returning BestBuy replacements since its been problematic lately. 1. Reject the package altogether, do not sign for the item and get it sent back to the ups store and once there long enough will finally be shipped back. 2. Ask to get it ship to the exact store by your house use this excuse: I don't want the device go missing again can you ship it to this store. Once it is ready for pickup just tell them you don't want it and return it. (it's going to be easier to return because it's in there possession.)
