BestBuy: Returned items but no Refund?

    I returned the replacement items to BestBuy within the warranty time period and they confirmed receiving the items but i haven't been refunded. Do you guys think I should call them? or what are some steps I should take
     
    • This user is inactive. Hasn't logged into their account in over 60 days.
