Hi everyone. I ordered a couple items from Barneys (under 1k) that I was hoping to refund. It required a signiture that I signed a line through but I'm nervous about the process. I tried contacting refunders but no1 has responded so I think I have to try to refund it myself. Any tips/ prior experience with Barneys? Thanks in advance
