hey guys I received a surface pro from Microsoft over a week ago now. I've got a refunder to put a refund claim in last week but I still haven't heard anything from Microsoft. how long do they usually take to reply? I've also read about putting a PayPal claim in. is it worth doing this or waiting for them to reply? thanks
