Apple refund, UPS sent email wondering whats wrong with shipment

    hey guys,

    I am doing an apple refund. I received my package and I called and got it refunded. Got the email on DEC 23 "We refunding your love you" .Now today UPS messaged me asking what was wrong with the shipment. Keep in mind my refund has not hit the bank. Any help is appreciated.

    Should I wait and see, or should I reply and play along?

    Heres the email:

    Hello xxx,

    My name is Alyssa with UPS. Our office has been notified that there was a problem with your Apple package shipped via UPS tracking number delivered on 12/21/17. Please respond and explain any problems you had with your package. Details regarding the shipment are listed below:
