I am about to attempt a Best Buy refund for 1-1.2k ish for an iphonex. I have read so far on other threads that the best method for Best Buy would be claiming that the item never arrived. The second best would be the empty box method. Would this also apply in the case of phones? Or would the empty box method be better? And for the empty box method, do I claim that the retail box itself was not inside or do I say that the retail box was inside but the phone was missing? Thanks guys. Will post back with results/what I used when I'm done.
