We are requesting to the authority to investigate this anomaly inside LEVEL UP, because all of the employees and management of this company are all greedy... They let their gamer suffer from non-stop downtime error of the technical engineer of LEVEL UP. The gamer buying some exp accessories from their item shop but it's only burnout by this downtime error and the LEVEL UP won't do anything to solve the issue and never give any compensation to the gamer being burnout accessories and sometimes loss their in-games items.
