So in smart tv's that are 120 hz if you use their built in app you get to watch everything smooth at 120hz, But on pc it doesn't work I have a 144hz monitor, it only works if I download and convert the file. Is there a way I can watch live streams like directv, BT sport, but on 60fps. Thank you.
