I placed an order on the Children's Place This is my first time on this address and card. Instead of the instant refund like the other 2 times I did them, I was told an Ups investigation would have to be made. I used the excuse the package arrived damaged and empty, nothing at all inside. I only used this method as I have to sign for packages now.. The Children's Place has sent UPS to collect the "damaged box". Should I give them it?! At this point am I love you or?! I'd rather not talk to UPS or make this worse than I already have. Any advise would be much appreciated.
