So I just started using PayPal and I transferred some money from my PayPal balance to my debit card. it said its under review and should take 24 hours before it goes through. should I be worried or is this just normal protocol? will this happen all the time? I chose the "instant" option where they deduct 25 cents as a fee. 24 hours when it said 30 mins doesnt sound so "instant" to me And yes this is my first time trasnferring some paypal balance to my card. This is also a new debit card but its linked to the bank and everything its all legit.
