Seen some people selling TrackR SE's for super expensive if you are one of those people you had your run. You can do the replacement over the chat or email. (If you contact chat, they will maybe make a ticket for you & send it to your email & then continue SEing over emai) Excuse : Not working / can't connect They don't ask for pop : They will do basic troubleshootings, you will just say that it still doesn't work. This is a very easy SE to do and can be done in minutes using chat
