1. Go on gillette's website and proceed to click on "Support" on the top right corner of the screen. 2. Contact them via Email, (Phone or chat are preferred) Fill out the form asking for your personal details. 3. Go on Amazon.com and look for the most expensive pack of replacement blades you can find (try to stay under $50 for best results) I chose the "Gillette Fusion5 ProGlide Men's Razor Blades Refills, 12 Count" 4. Now comes the part to get creative and make up an excuse on why you're dissatisfied. The excuse I used was something along the lines of "I recently bought your "Insert item here" and proceeded to use them like I have with the razor replacements I've bought before, these felt different though. They were kind of rough on my skin and ended up cutting myself with it, figured it was my fault so I didn't give it much thought and went to work. By the time I was back I had a huge rash on my neck, I went to check the blades and noticed a weird liquid on some of them. Now I have a $50 hole in my pocket, no razors and a rash, hope you can help." 5. Wait for a reply, they might ask you to ship it back but just tell them that you threw them away because you suspected being allergic to them. 6. Free $50 prepaid card.
