I am in the process of a bestbuy replacement and bestbuy has already sent out the replacements, got the tracking number today but UPS came to my door today and said "someone has to sign right now saying that you received these items because I know I delivered them here" and my mom signed for it saying I received the items that "I didn't receive" so I'm wondering what's going to happen now? Any Idea? Re-bill? Cancellation of the replacement? OR, could I just say that the bestbuy rep got confused and I did receive the packages but they were actually empty and say thats what i meant when I said I didn't get them? Like I say "I got the packages but they weren't inside and I told someone this the first time But I think they had trouble understanding me" OR am I love you.
