So I asked for a refund service for Best Buy from someone in the marketplace. 2.4k order. I signed for it but with a fake signature. I haven't gotten a refund yet but the person that was doing the service told me to call Best Buy to see about the status of the order. The person at best buy told me I will get a refund soon.. This was last friday and today UPS guy came to my place and asked if I was there. My roommate talked to him and told him that he clearly gave the package to me and I signed for it. He then told my roommate that he will come back tomorrrow. What should I do? Can't return the order anymore bc of the closed time frame. A lil freaked out rn.
