A full team of our Sherpas will take you through The Leviathan Raids taking time during each checkpoint to ensure you understand the mechanics of the raid. We will complete the Raid at your pace, we understand the Raid can be particularly challenging our Sherpas are here to make the experience enjoyable. We try out best to ensure the experience is comftorable and enjoyable as a whole, we strive to provide a true learning experience. We DO NOT USE LFG, every Raid team is composed of dedicated PVE Sherpas.

Can I play with the Sherpas?

Yes! We encourage you to try out our services by playing with our Sherpas, come see what real Pros play like! Everything is completed at your pace we do our best to provide a true learning experience.

How do I contact you?

The best way is via email [email protected] , we are also very active on our Live Chat. If Skype/Kik is easier for you we use those chats as well.

When will my order be completed?

Trials Orders are completed the day they are placed, normally started within 45 minutes or less. Raids are usually completed within 2 hours of purchase, depending on current demand Raid estimated wait times for "play with runs" can be a little longer.

How do I know the status of my order?

We have a robust order management system to handle the large number of orders we facilitate each week. A Sherpa is assigned your order once payment clears, the assigned Sherpa will normally reach out via email to confirm the details/check in to make sure the account is available.

How many Sherpas are contracted, how do we complete orders with such fast turnaround?

We currently contract 40+ Sherpas from all around the world, we try our best to ensure each order is started promptly. During normal US business hours most orders are started immediately after a team of Sherpas is formed.


Where do I leave my account information if I want "play for" services?

Please leave a note in the "additional notes" section of the checkout page with your account login details. If you have a preferred method to contact you or a time slot you want the services completed in please leave a note and we'll try out best to fill your order in that time period.
