The buyer and I have solved the problem. PayPal had told me explicitly that the buyer had reported the payment as unauthorized, so I provided the proofs to PayPal (the screenshots, but I also had videos in case there was any doubt) and today the payment has been unblocked. The money is no longer suspended and I received it. The user AD_Lirio claims that there were problems with PayPal and not personal ones, but now no longer matters since the transaction was successful. Thank for your support.
