So I recall buying a pair of jeans a while back a month or two ago. I told them they didn't come out with the quality I'd expect them too, because they were starting to peal off the tag in the inside back. I called in the phone support, and explained it all. They said they will send a replacement and I can keep my other jean as well. Do you think if I try this for another item which is more expensive, they'll notice it's for the same address? What should I try doing, and a question about outside of Hollister, if they start a investigation like Amazon, will it escalate to where the cops can be involved even if it's your first time? I'm kind of scared to going that route and say I never got my item although I did.
