I can load up a VCC up to any amount of $500 (USA Only) It can be used with any address and name So my idea was that people could use these for refunds For example, if they wanted $300 worth of clothes, they would have to pay $300 + the % and then I'd give them the VCC. Of course I could get scammed so this service would be only if they pay me first, pay a trusted middleman, or have the refunder act as a middleman. Let me know what you guys think
