Hey, I'm not sure where to find that. In my Pre Middleman Order, it says I purchased what I linked previously. I created an order ticket with the requested information, and sent in my ID for verification. The seller then PM'd me the account details and I was able to log-in. Within a week of that, he reclaimed the account.
This is not how PlayerUp's Middleman Service does the account information releasing. @Middleman will open a 3-way conversation with the seller, the buyer and the @Middleman in it where the account releasing should be done. I checked the thread of the product you bought and it seems like @Middleman did confirm your payment same day as your comment about the order being created, that cancels out the possibility of @Middleman impersonation WHICH means that your money is with @Middleman and 100% safe. To check your Order Number, just go to your "Conversation" page, there should be a private and 3-way conversation in there with the Transaction ID on its title. That is your Order Number.

Sorry for the delayed response; just got off work. I checked my email and filtered for playerup but I've only gotten conversation emails and the pre-middleman conversation? I do have the Playerup APM order # from PayPal if that helps. Is that the same? Go to your three way ticket click change order status and then click buyer cancel order and then click confirm hope I helped
yes, this is it. now contact @Middleman via the Pre Middleman Order Startup then tell them what you want to do with your transaction with the seller, they will refund you your money if you decided to cancel it.
