Looking to buy GTX 1070's but what're the cheapest ways to get them? I know you can refund using the services on playerup from like BestBuy or somewhere for like 7-15% of the MSRP, (Total of $60 for a GTX1070 if I SE the order) but I currently am working out the kinks of that, and don't have the money to dive my money and then wait 2-5 weeks to get it back.
