Research is all done up to 30 with a few missing from crafting and economy which can be easily finished with existing speeds and rss.

Account is Rank 1 on realm in battles won, heroes captured, empires destroyed and ranked high on all other leaderboards.

Tons of permanent reductions, loyalty doubler, hero xp doubler, double build queue, and almost all the reductions you can buy (30+ permanent boost/reductions)

Also included are 10 farms lvl 17-19, easily upgradeable to 20 for free banishes. Farms all have 3x rss and 6 of them have double build queue, so they produce a ton of t1, t2 rss and can be brought up to make t3 rss if needed.
