Anyone have experience with them? I bought a bottle of EDT and (obviously!) the bottle was broken when I opened the parcel. I'm pretty sure going down official customer service avenues they would want photos which I can't provide because (obviously!) I had to dispose of it due to the smell and glass. I opened a PayPal dispute and escalated it after a couple days and quickest resolution is that they don't reply. If they do and demand photos, will PayPal accept my reasoning for disposing of the glass remains? Obviously all of this really happened, by the way.
