I purchased a £500 item and it didnt require a signature, the postman left it in the porch. I contact live chat today and they said they will investigate this and they will let me know on Monday. Most expensive items need sig but I didnt need to sign for this one for some reason. I cant mention the company because i will get sent to prison if I mention it here on playerup :d
