Alphalete/Gymshark/Smaller Clothing Brands SE/refund experiences?

    Anyone out there with experience with SE'ing/refunding these companies?

    Also noticed that on Alphalete they say something along the lines of

    "Alphalete Athletics is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims."

    Will this matter in an SE/refund attempt?
