So basically, around 1.5 weeks ago, I paid for a service and got asked to send payment via PayPal family and friends. The guy kept asking for more money and I kept sending his money, maybe 2-3 times on different days. Now Im still waiting for my item and while he responds, he says that he is still waiting for the item from his seller. This has gone far too long and my credit card which is linked to my PayPal account, was used. Is there any recourse to get my money back? Is best to open dispute with PayPal or my bank and report it as unauthorized, saying item was never received? I dont want my PayPal account limited or suspended. Thanks
