Hey guys, I bought an SE service for Corsair and the guy promised me lifetime warranty, but didn't specify that Corsair would ask for the receipt. I've since received a RAM from Corsair that is defect, however, the person refuses to take responsibility and told me to buy a receipt service. After buying the receipt service and submitting it to Corsair, they say that they couldn't verify it and are refusing to take the RMA. I legitimately want to have this item fixed and don't mind returning it but can't get around to doing it. Does anyone have any solutions?
