Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below On Nov 9th I contacted Premium Seller and we discussed a gem purchases. We agreed on price and I sent the money through paypal. The money was held up by paypal for some reason. IMmediately I was accussed of being a scammer. Premium Seller stopped answering my chat messages. Even after my money was sent by paypal he still wouldnt answer my chats. For 24 hours I never heard from him until I made a post on one of his threads about being ripped off by him. These chats were sent over yesterday and today. I have confirmation from paypal that he received my money (screenshots) which I have sent to him but he refuses to refund my money. He won't even talk to me except to call me scammer.

@Battlerattle You can make a claim of that transaction from Paypal for refund. Just report the transaction. Give them valuable proof (Screenshots).
According to Paypal he received the payment on Nov 9th. It's Nov 12 and he still won't respond to me.
@Battlerattle can you also provide your conversations during your negotiation with @Premium Seller before the issue occurred, screenshots are better.
@Premium Seller Paypal already confirmed that transaction has been made. Secondly, you're definately a fraud & scammer that's why you requested payment as friends and family.

It's true that it is difficult to get refund if you send money as Friend and Family Option on PayPal. However, there is still a way. If you paid it via a debit or bank, contact your bank immediately and tell them that you were scammed by an online fraud and would like the money to be disputed/put on hold, the process may take up to 90 days but you will get your money back(Banks almost never loses, PayPal is just the median party) If you dispute it through your credit card company, it charges the scammer an extra $20.00-$25.00 fee even if he somehow wins. If you used PayPal balance, this is where PayPal is the sole mediator, I would advise you to dispute it as non-receipt, write exactly what happened and include links and pictures of the scammers banned profiles and what you can conclusively link his banned scamming account to that PayPal account, then call PayPal and ask for a note to be made on the case regarding you calling in and ask them if there is anything they can do.
