Hi I live in Eu and In my case I have to sign for sure the package when carriers gives it to me. What excuse can I use for Ralph Lauren and for Nike? Can I do partial telling them I have received only 1 or two items and ask for a refund for the rest? Max Euro limit for the order? Thanks
