kinguin refund on game shadow of mordor yes i know its only 4£ but i was bored lol anyways they said In order to help me verify the issue, please be so kind and send me the following screenshots of: 1. The entered key before the activation (with your library in the background); 2. The error message (with your library in the background); 3. Your Steam licenses and product key activations page (Click on your account name in top right hand corner -> View Account Details -> View licenses and product key activations); Please make sure that the screenshots are unedited and that the whole screen (including your taskbar with time and date) is visible. so i did that and he pointed out that some games in my libary are not in my Steam licenses so i said its my friends account and im not going in without permission since he is out at the moment so they said ok take a picture of your friends Steam licenses and then we will look into this further any ideas on what i can do?
