    I have grown tired of the game and I am looking to move on. That being said, I will want fair value. If I don't get such an offer, I have no problem continuing to play. Currently, the highest level in the realm is 38, so the top is not far off. The infrastructure build is in-place. All buildings are at least 28. All banks, hospital wards and barracks are lvl 30, so bonuses are maxed by citadel lvl. Troops are mostly T4 and T3. RSS are in the billions and millions for T1, T2, and T3. Over 1 million loyalty. Proving Grounds is lvl 6 with Ethers and Elixirs stocked. Given the landscape of the realm from power to politics, this is one of the most lucrative accounts in the realm.     It has been some time, since my original post. Things have progressed. Updates are in the thread title. Other updates include, all buildings are lvl 30+, Proving grounds is maxed at lvl 9, ethers and elixirs are no longer stocked and loyalty is above 750k. Prompto hero is lvl 40.
