So, I'm in the middle of a gamestop refund for 2 Xbox One X's. One was a bundle and one was the normal Xbox One X. (Only way I could get to X's) I got the packages for the order as normal and then I went ahead and requested for a replacement so i could go for a double dip. I waited 3-4 days and got no email or response so I decided to call back. They told me that the replacement was requested but there was an issue replacing the bundle because it was out of stock. So, the rep just refunded the money for the bundle. He told me that my replacement was on its way and gave me the tracking number. However, the tracking number he gave me was the tracking number for the original shipment. Then, today I got a package which was the one Xbox One X BUT there was no receipt inside with an order number or anything. So, I called them up again to try and refund the xbox I got today and was told that the replacement was still being processed and should be here next friday. So, I'm wondering.. did something go wrong on their end? Did I get screwed over from a refund because I can't return it without a receipt and according to the rep I just talked to, the package I got today does not exist based off my previous order. NOTE: I've been getting gamestop emails saying "Our system was unable to process your order as your payment was declined by your credit card company" with the original order number so I'm not exactly sure what's going on.. I am going to keep calling till this gets resolved but I'm wondering if anyone has a clue or any similar experience
