I'm trying to refund a mbp from apple and I got a weird e-mail. I've never seen this happen to anyone so now I'm worried. I've never done an apple refund and I'm scared lol. I got someone to do it of course so dont say I love you it up. This guy has refunded a whole bunch of macs for me so I'm really confused. It says "We're researching your delivery." Now they're saying they're going to update me with an e-mail as soon as possible. Has anyone had this issue?
